Carrier Tape Tooling Accurate Carriers USA has it's own machine shop which houses the best machine-tool and design equipment available in today's market. That, combined with decades of machining experience, allows us to build new carrier tape tooling with innovative designs, lead-times, and pricing that blow the competition away! Whether we are building your dies to run ourselves or if the dies will be retained for your own manufacturing, we have the ability to build and test tooling that is compliant for all brands and types of carrier-forming equipment.

A three day lead time is standard, but we have a 24-hour tooling service available for urgent cases. What sets our 24-hour tooling service apart from the competiton, is the fact that we guarantee the product to be shipped the very next day after initial inquiry.


How it works is like this:

Day 1
1) The customer sends Accurate Carriers USA a print of the part to be placed in tape.
2) Accurate Carriers USA sends a quote for the tooling and carrier tape within a few hours.
3) Upon receipt of commitment to build the tool, Accurate Carriers USA releases our CAD-drawing of the carrier tape, for customer approval.
4) Upon receipt of customer approval, Accurate Carriers USA immediately begins the tool-build.

Day 2
1) Accurate Carriers USA sets up completed tooling on one of our carrier-formers.
2) Once the carrier tape conformity is reached, a full report, including a Certificate of Compliance, is issued to the customer.
3) First article sample reels are run for immediate shipment and retain samples are kept.
4) Accurate Carriers USA can even run your prototype parts on tape and reel, to have ready for consumption.
5) Local customers would receive their product by one of our trucks that afternoon or for customers outside of a local delivery range the product will be expedited by the quickest method possible.
